Question:

I am new to Word 2010... specifying NEW...Blank DOCUMENT does not give me a blank document, it is for me a document that I created there a week that I can't get rid. Perhaps I am missing something easy, but I do not understand what it is.

Answer:

The content of the former document was saved in your Normal.dotm template, which is why it keeps appearing in what should be a blank document. For instructions to fix, seehttp://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/BlankDocNotBlank.htm.
