| My last Tablet experience - the Kindle firePosted: 08 Jan 2012 Tags: My last Tablet experience the Kindle fire last Tablet experience the Kindle fire When I set out to buy a tablet of this past holiday season I was not looking for graphics or graphics or "technical specifications". I had trouble wading in the mixed on this device, so I decided to provide readers with my own review here. I am not a PC guru by any means. However, have to ask my husband, that it will accept that I am a person more difficult to please with any purchase I, never. All qualifiers set to share, I am a week after the use of this device. It is the first device that we bought that I opened and could use instantly. He was already more than 70% ready to battery life. There is no registration and connection to iTunes. (After we purchased our iPad, this process only takes some time for us users non-MAC, sigh). There is no need to establish a billing 3 G or 4 G. The Kindle fire is configured to access Wi - Fi. There is also no charge "use" for downloads and therefore no limit to exceed. You can load as much as your Kindle will store. For me, it was perfect because we are put in place on our own network wireless secure at home. If you do not have Wi - Fi access I admit that this could be a draw-back to you. The home page is relatively simple. Your "booth" is your "Home" screen You can use it to browse your most recent apps quickly. In the top of the "home" page, you have your standard options compressed: books, music, video, Docs, Apps, and Web. Speaking of Web - Did you that Amazon was smart enough not step to restrict the Flash? I depart with my MAC frustrations. Its speed of navigation is top notch. Apps download at a decent speed. You are able to access your local device (which comes with 8 GB of storage) or the cloud assuming connected Wi - Fi access. Setting up your Amazon shop is a few clicks (SITA fingers really) followed by entering your billing information for all that you want to buy. You have free access to Amazon first during a month once you activate your Kindle fire. I could look at "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" last night while making dinner. The speaker sound quality is great. However the volume does not go as high as on other devices. This was not a problem for me since I had my listeners ready to go. There is only one button, a speaker input and a mini USB input for the operation of your device. The rest is done through the touch screen. So far, I have had problems with the function of the screen, and it was easy to clean. You do not buttons volume or brightness, what must be done through parameters. You can access your settings by exploiting the screen once. Overall, I am in love with this stupid thing. I have the calendar of the members of my family, access to movies, music, books, and navigation with no boot-time of super-quick web. I have no data plan or contract. Alec Baldwin has inspired me to see some new exciting games on this same that loads quickly. I am able to access remotely to the Office of my Office. For me - it's perfect. Now, I just need to know what else to add to my reading and list of film. Screen reading is easy to adjust and turning page can be made with a faucet or a slide of a finger. The video quality is fantastic. I found myself with brilliant color of National Geographic Films and stunning shots of volcanoes and other land masses. The bottom line, my husband is happy because I am quiet, and I am ecstatic on my new Kindle fire. Rate this article:
