ALT + E, A
In Word 2007, it is this:
ALT + H, ZN, SL, HAS
How smart people make such decisions in the design of their products?
Answer:
Another method (requires the mouse, so I guess it depends on whose arm in Sling whether it will be preferable) is to use CTRL while pointing the mouse on the text of the left margin.
